So I flaked out for a year, no biggie right?

What can I say. I don't do guilt, but I'm sorry I quit writing because I miss it. I find myself thinking, "ooh, I should blog that", and then I have a twinge of missing out on the creative process that it brings. So I'm going to give it a shot. Here's what I've been up to the last year by the way!

Hi, welcome to my blog! I am excited to share my ideas on living frugally, particularly for local folks here in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. I am lucky to be a stay at home mom to my son, though I do work one day a week as a nurse. My financial goals include being able to buy a bigger house for our growing family, on my husband's salary alone. I have been honing my frugal skills for about 1 year, and I'm looking forward to helping others save time, money, and maybe even some sanity, using techniques like couponing, menu planning, homemade cleaning solutions, and more.
